Using a dumbbell sit down with your legs spread apart. Put the arm you choose to workout against your inner thigh, grab a dumbbell and begin to curl. Once finished using one arm switch to the other.
Preacher Curls
Using a bar and weights, sit at a preacher bench, grab the bar and begin to curl it. This workout isolates the biceps for maximum results.
